Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are subject to the terms below.

1. Sessions (Readings, Coaching, Hypnosis, Appointments)

All session purchases are non-refundable once booked.

Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a missed appointment and are not eligible for reschedule or refund.

  • No-shows are not refundable.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited at the practitioner’s discretion.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may receive a credit valid for 90 days.

  • No refunds are issued for canceled sessions.

2. Digital Products (Courses, Downloads, Recordings, Toolkits, etc.)

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been granted.

3. Physical Products (Merchandise, Tools, Journals, etc.)

We accept returns on physical products under the following conditions:

Return Window

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Used or opened items

Return Shipping

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
